    BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that a copy of this Resolution he attached to said deed; and that the same he recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark; State of Nevada; and this resolution he filed in the records of this Board. The Board considered the quitclaim deed from Edith Billmyer for Decatur Boulevard. On motion of Commissioner Sharp; duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously; the following resolution is adopted and order made: RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED On motion of of Commissioner Harris P. Sharp; duly seconded by Commissioner Wendell Bunker; and carried unanimously; the following Resolution is adopted; and order made: BE IT RESOLVED; this 4th day of April; 1956; by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas; County of Clark; State of Nevada, that the deed, dated the 29th day of December, 1955; executed by Edith Billmyer to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein he, and is hereby accepted, for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution he attached to said deed, add that the same he recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and this resolution he filed in the records of this Board. Commissioner Whipple moved that Payroll Warrants Nos. 12277 through 12769 in the net amount of $72,819.94 he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp,Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved that Service & Material Warrants Nos. 6159 to 6288 and 6290 to 6297 in the total amount of $147,782.29 he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp,Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes,none. Commissioner Sharp moved the minutes of March 21 and 28, 1956 he approved by reference and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Mar Y. Yeong for a tavern liquor li­cense at the Club Louisianna, 1332 North F Street he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharpy Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Bunker moved the application of Elmer Mueller for a package liquor and beer bar license for the Fremont Liquor Store, 1130 Fremont Street he denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Samuel Book for a package liquor minia­ture and beer bar license for the Stewart Street Liquor Store, 12th and Stewart he denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved the application of Donald J. Laughlin for a Restaurant Beve­rage License for Laughlin's Cafe, 4l0 W. Bonanza, formerly issued to Gerald Jensen, he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes,none. Commissioner Fountain moved the application of John A. Harrell and Cecil Lynch for a tavern liquor license at the Lucky 13 Club, 13 Fremont, formerly issued to John A. Harrell doing business as the Keyhole Bar, he approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Fountain, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
