Provide delegates, guests and visitors with information on World Congress events and activities. 2. Provide information on the area and the city, including information on tours, sightseeing, shows, etc. 3. Provide information on the Air Force Association and the cooperating and participating organizations connected with the World Congress. The main INFORMATION DESK for the World Congress of Flight will be located In the first coat room to the right inside the main entrance of the Convention Center, and will be open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., beginning Sunday, April 12, through Sunday, April 19- At least two persons should be on duty at the INFORMATION DESK, including someone who is capable of speaking and understanding foreign languages. Auxiliary information desks will be located in the Administrative Building at MeCarran Field and at Skyhaven Airport. The Airports Committee is responsible for arranging for these two auxiliary desks; however, the INFORMATION COMMITTEE Is responsible for providing these two desks with information and brochures, as outlined in duties above. The INFORMATION COMMITTEE is to obtain airline, railroad and bus schedules, sightseeing folders, brochures on the city and surrounding areas, and information on restaurants, shows, theaters, etc. The Chairman of the INFORMATION COMMITTEE should use the main INFORMATION DESK in the Convention Center for his point of contact with his committeemen.
