Your letter of April 22, 1964 requested our approval of the utility company using a consultant, J. M. Montgomery, Consulting Engineers, for engineering services, construction plans, specifications, staking, inspection and engineering and was approved by our letter of y Tb* 8111011111 of the original engineering estimate ($21,000) as provided in the agreement has been revised to $24,000. The total estimated cost of the adjustment would therefore be revised to $233,000. The agreement is approved this date May 4, 1964.
