LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Pilario On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Hammill in executing lease bearing C.L.D. 15606, dated November 28, 1966, with Edward Pilario, leasing for term November 1, 1966 to and including October 31, 1967 at rental of $46.66 per month, land at Mile Post 23.4 for growing of crops, in City of Industry, California; Lessee to pay all personal property taxes. Lease may be terminated on thirty days notice by either party, and £n event terminated, Lessor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to crops, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
