Attff. 1 3 , 1 9 5 3 8 0 - 1 2 Mr., Robert A. Allen, Chairman, Nevada Public Service Commission, Carson City, Nevada Pear Mr. Alleni I have your letter of August 10th relative to transfer of properties of the Union Pacific Railroad Company to the Las Vegas Land and Mater Company. I am having a chock made as to the comparative charges heretofore made by the railroad company and the rates now charged the came industries by the water company. As soon as I have developed that information, X will handle the matter further with you. I might state, in connection with the Henderson matter which we discussed over the telephone, that X understand Mr. Henderson is being charged the same rate by the water company as that charged his competitors in the same business, the additional charge he complains of, being due to toilet facilities. However, I will give you the & tails of this matter as soon as possible. Very truly yours E. E. Bennett BCC; Mr. L.R. Maag
