Dear Mr. Clark I have yours of the 22nd inst. in r'egard to lease of the Kiel Ranch to Mrs. Bishop and in which you say that you have forwarded two copies of the lease to Dr. Bracken and have instructed him, when the lease is executed by Mrs. Bishop, to deliver one copy to her and return the other to you to "be filed with the Auditor, and that you presume I have a duplicate of this lease in my files which will answer any purpose for which I may have occasion to use it.
