(telephone dictation - Add the following to the end of Section 1 of the Agreement marked Exhibit "A":) K In the event the District shall fail to remove the pipe line - — , (h) referred to in sub-paragraph /L and jp of this Section 1, within the time above specified, Union Pacific shall have the right to remove said pipe line and to construct a new pipe line equivalent in capacity to the pipe line referred to ityParagraph jL of this Section 1, in location shown by Red line between points marked "S", "T", and "U"# on said Exhibit A-l, and to connect said pipe line into the facilities of the district so as to provide service through said new pipe line into the main extending along Bonanza Road, In the event the District shaj.1 fail to remove the wire lines GO Q) referred to in sub-paragraphs 1C andA) of this section within the period above-mentioned, the Union Pacific shall have the right to remove said wire lines and to construct or arrange with the Southern Nevada Power Company for the construction of new connections between the existing power facilities of the district and the power lines of the Southern Nevada Power Company so as to provide power for the operation of the water production facilities located upon the land shown tinted in Pink on Exhibit A-l. Union Pacific shall have the right to construct such facilities upon the property of the district as shall be necessary to qfl8Hn>mgjace said new pipe line and new power line connections into the existing facilities of the district. Upon the completion of said work, the district shall pay Union Pacific, within 30 days after rendition of bill therefor, the actual cost to Union Pacific and Southern Nevada Power Company of removing said pipe lines and wire lines and constructing said new pipe line and said new (OVER)
