Reinhardt-3- and indicated that since he was in no hurry for water service, he would wait until Mr* Allen again returned to Las Vegas about the 26th or 27th, at which time he suggested that possibly the three of us could reach an agreement* It seems apparent that, notwithstanding the above, Mr, Fong has again contacted Mr. Allen with the result that Mr. Allen has written me the attached letter.
