I agree.mmnnnnm KS &ZslJ{ 2 COLE FISCH ER ROGOW, INC. 8920 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD BEVERLY HILLS CALIFORNIA ?· 213-657-5600 Mr. Al Freeman Sands Hotel Las Vegas, Nevada Dear Al: We have completed the finished art of the Bridge Tournament Folder making the revisions you requested in our personal meeting. I have enclosed a xerox copy of the finished art for your final approval and/or comments. By carbon copy of this letter I am also forwarding a copy of the finished art to Mr. Sheinwold so that you may discuss it with him, if necessary. The major change, as we discussed, concerns the addition of the photograph of the 1966 winners. The photograph itself did not reduce well to just one fold in width ?╟÷ we needed a little more space, jj We have, therefore, spread the photograph and the caption over the first two folds keeping the same basic art format. This seems to work extremely well and keeps the piece attractive. As you look at the xerox copy of the art, do not be concerned about the ragged black borders that appear around the regular borders. These will not appear on the finished job. They are just guide lines for the printer. The black borders which are curved and/or straight are the only ones that will appear. We understand the urgency of getting this folder printed and, therefore, would appreciate hearing from you before Friday, June 23. As soon as we hear from you we will complete the production and go immediately to printing the 50,000 quantity you ordered. I will await your phone call. u > o < June 20, 1967 Vice President RP :ha cc: Mr. Alfred Sheinwold new york office: 660 MADISON AVENUE NEW YORK 21 NEW YORK PLAZA 1-1780
