Smith » Los An g e l e s t On January 26, 1955* Las Vegas Valley Water District furnished legal description and plat showing an additional small easement parcel which they required for construction of the Bonanza Hoad Feeder. The easement parcel is required for valve structure which extends beyond the 15 ft. easement for the pipe line. Division Engineer's Dwg. A-1157 shows the location of this proposed easement area. The matter was held up until survey was completed by Land Surveyor Frank D. Rathburn, Jr., who established location of section line. Subsequently, the Las Vegas Valley Water District furnished revised plat and description of the proposed easement parcel as per copy attached. Will you please have Mr. Maag, when he goes to Las Vegas, check and determine whether this is the location where the valve structure was installed and, if so, furqish me 8 revised prints of Dwg.
