    Thereafter Commissioner Whipple moved that the resignation of Chief Malburg be accepted, effective immediately. Further that any accrued vacation time be allowed. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following votes Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before this special meeting, the meeting adjourned. CRAGIN, Mayor and to WENDELL BUNKER, R. T. MOORE, WILLIAM PECCOLE, REED WHIPPLE, Commissioners, and GEORGE O. TREEM, City Manager and HOWARD W. CANNON, City Attorney of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada You and each of you will please take notice that pursuant to a call this day issued by Mayor Cragin, a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, will be held in the Mayor's Office at the City Hall, 5th & Stewart, on the 20th day of December, 1949, at the hour of 9:00 A.M. to consider the following matters. 1. W. Cragin with the following members present: Commissioners Bunker, Moore; Peccole, Whipple; City Manager George O. Treem, City Attorney Howard W. Cannon and City Clerk Shirley Ballinger. Commissioner Whipple moved that because of information and facts presented to the Board the gambling license, including the Race Book, of Khoury's Club Savoy, 116 Fremont, be suspended. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following votes Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Moore moved that the Retail Tavern Liquor license of the Club Savoy be Suspended until such time as the club is given a clean bill of health. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commis­sioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Whipple passed his vote.
