I agree.Las Vegas, Nevada* ?╟≤ Code 702) April 27, 1971 . \ Mr. David Marmel Executive Director Sportsmen?╟╓s Club 208 West 8th Street Los Angeles, California 90014 Dear Dave, Have received your letter of April 22nd and would like to submit this letter to supersede and to be the final binding agreement between the Sands and the Sportsmen?╟╓s Club for the City of Hope Sportsmen's World Awards banquet on Saturday, June 26, 1971. ?√ß ?╟≤ * ?╟ 1. The Sands will provide: A.. Up to $35,000 to be credited to the following expenses: 1. 350 rooms for Saturday night, June 26, 1971. Generally, these rooms will be of the same type and price. 2. 650 round-trip airplane fares, in the most econ- omical class, between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. 3. Dinner for 650 guests in the Grand Ballroom on Saturday evening, June 26th. #4. A cocktail party for 50 guests who are to be the award recipients, presentors and City of Hope officials. The time of this cocktail party to be set at a later date. 5. Complimentary accommodations for 40 athletes, presentors and entertainers whom you will use on the show. Also, accommodations which will also be used as work rooms for three staff members This will be on a complimentary room basis, for a maximum of four days. 6* A Copa Room dinner show for athletes, V.I.P.'s and presentors, up to 50 people. All costs over $35,000 will be assumed by the Sports- men?╟╓s Club. Note:
