I agree.?╟≤* ?? POPULAR PHOTOGRAPHY MAGAZINE STORY: LAS VEGAS PARTY Re: The Sands barroom. Generally, we want to surround guests with visual Las Vegas elements. These elements will give guests feeling that they are in a dream-world Las Vegas, and, more importantly, appear in pictures and tell immedistly to our readers that everything is happening at a Las Vegas party. Specifically: The Sands Barrroom will be set up in a dining We will put up a seamless background paper over one wall. On it will be drawn a Sands-styled barroom. (1. Please supply us with a picture of the Sands Bar that we can follow for the drawing.) On each of the glasses used by our guests we will write the name Sands* Las Vegas with a Magic Marker. (2. Please send us coasters, napkins, and swizzle sticks that have the Sands name on them.) Across?╟╓ the back of the bar we would like to put up drink signs, near the bar we would like some Sands posters telling about the talent appearing in the club, and we would like some drink menus- as well as after-the-show supper menus;to put on the bar. (3. Please send us signs, posters, and menus.) We sould have one extra large sign, banner, or poster that says Sands in the Bar. (A* Gould you loan us a Sands Banner or something like it.) *\ i C (ess&ty Szi ) / During the course of the evening, a bell will ringsMhd'~" the guest with the most money at that given time will get a prize. * (5. If there are any you-ean-only-get-it-at-the-Sands type prizes you could contribute, we would appreciate it. Prize might be gift certificate for one drink at the Sands Bar signed by the president of the club.) If there are any other ideas or low-priced gimmics you could tack on, we would appreciate it. 2
