Originally, our plans had called for a No. 10 brochure to be designed by him also for a figure which Albright ap- proved as not exceeding $9500. X recommend that we postpone the No. 10 brochure until we get the Ball open and then make it a No. 10 brochure on the actual pic- tures of the Ball inside and out, and also perhaps a convention in progress. X don?╟╓t think we would do anything except duplicate our efforts in having a No. 10 brochure do the same thing that our present big brochure is hoped to do. for that reason, the figure Is under the $9500 and inasmuch as Stone laid out a rough on the No. 10, he threw it in at no extra cost. Recommend your okaying this and sending it on to Albright or Kelly for payment. The plates are being made now and the work looks pretty good so far. The plate people at Roberts Engraving said that the artwork was so mechanical- ly perfect it would probably save several thousand dollars in plate cost.
