Commissioner Whipple moved the application of Edward R. Moss, Goldfield Club, 116 Fremont for 1 Craps and 1 "21" gaming license for the third quarter of 1950 be denied. Commissioner Bunker seconded this motion, and then withdrew his second. The motion died for lack of a second. Commissioner Moore moved the application of Edward R. Moss, Goldfield Club, 116 Fremont for 1 Craps end 1 "21" gaming license for the third quarter of 1950 be held in abeyance until Mr. Moss has received a license from the State. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Moore, Peccole and His Honor voting aye; noes, Commissioners Bunker and Whipple. GAMING APPLICATIONS New The following new applications for gaming license for the third quarter of 1950 were presented to the Board for their consideration:
