OFFICE OF CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAS VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. November 3, 1927 At a regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clerk County, Nevada, held on the third day of November, 1927, at the hour of three o'clock p. m. Present: Hon. J. F. Hesse, Mayor; Commissioners W. B. Mundy, O. J. Smith, and W. C. German, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent: Roy Neagle. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Minutes of the last regular meeting and adjourned meetings read and approved. All claims allowed as shown by the Claims and Warrants Register filed in the office of The Clerk. Reports of City officers read, approved and ordered filed in the office of the Clerk. Thereupon, The Clerk presented the application of C. E. Andrews and Cliff McClellan for a license for the operation of two gaming tables, the fee of $150.00 being paid and said application being approved by the Police and Fire Commissioner. Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried it was ordered that the license be issued. It was ordered upon motion duly made, seconded and carried that the moneys collected by the Municipal Judge and City Clerk for fees and licenses totalling $3,230.00, be apportioned as follows: $1,615.00 to the Police and Fire Fund and $1,615.00 to the General Fund. At this time Mr. Wheeler appeared and discussed Willite paving with the Board. No further business appearing it was ordered upon motion duly made that this meeting adjourn until Friday, November 4th, at the hour of seven o'clock P. M. At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 4th day of November, 1927, at the hour of seven o'clock P. M. Hon. J. F. Hesse, Mayor; Commissioners W. B. Mundy, O. J. Smith, W. C. German, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent: Roy Neagle. Meeting called to order by the Mayor. Nr. Wheeler of the Willite Co., J. P. King, City Street Supt., and R. B. Griffith, Sec. of the City Planning Commission, being present the Board entered into a discussion of paving City Streets. No further business appearing it was ordered upon motion duly made that this meeting adjourn until Saturday, November 5th, at the hour of three o'clock P. M. OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF LAG VEGAS, CLARK COUNTY, NEVADA. November 5, 1927. At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, held on the 5th day of November, 1927, at the hour of three o'clock P. M. Hon. J. F. Hesse, Mayor; Commissioners W. B. Mundy, O. J. Smith, and W. C. German, together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Absent: Roy Neagle. Meeting called to order by the Mayor.
