Addendum To Cast Contract dated 4/14/97 ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT RULES EXHIBIT A Cast members are expected to be present and prompt for all numbers and shows. Cast members are expected to complete an entire show to be paid for that show. It is the responsibility of each cast member to read the line-ups prior to the start of each show. Cast members are expected to dance during each show, there will be no marking of numbers during the show. Chewing gum is not allowed on stage. Wedding rings are the only personal jewelry allowed on stage. Cast members are expected to act professionally at all times on stage and not engage in horseplay, distracting or disruptive behavior. If music or television is played in the dressing rooms the volume must be low enough so that the stage monitors can be clearly heard at all times. Smoking is not allowed backstage or in the dressing rooms. Male dancers are expected to keep their hair shorter than collar line. There should not be excessive make-up worn by any cast member. Visitors are not allowed in the dressing rooms or light booth at any time. Visitors are not allowed backstage during the show. For safety reasons, employees are asked not to run backstage. Cast members under 21 are not allowed in the casino or the bars. Only Tropicana employees are allowed to be in the employees cafeteria. You must be present backstage during the show. Only those cast members required to stand in the wings are allowed to do so. Show tights are not to be worn without shoes outside the dressing rooms. Valuables and other personal articles should be kept in the lo<^$cLcIjawers provided for your use. You must leave the dressing rooms and backstage area by-T=T0am and all electrical accessories such as curling irons, hair curlers, etc. must be turned off before you leave. Food and/or beverages are not permitted in the backstage area unless there is approval from the Director of Entertainment for a special occasion. Entertainment employees are expected to adhere to Tropicana Appearance Code any time they are in areas of the hotel other than backstage and dressing rooms. Notwithstanding any provision in the Employment Agreement to the contrary, the Employer may modify, supplement, add, change, delete, interpret and apply the foregoing rules in the sole and exclusive judgment of the Employer. EXHIBIT B ENTERTAINMENT DEPARTMENT PROCEDURES EXTRA AND TEMPORARY CAST MEMBERS Extra and Tggopmmy cast members are not guaranteed any minimum or specific amount of work. As are all cast members, Extra and part Time employees are only paid for the number of shows they perform. Being hired as an Extra or Temporary employee does not ensure that a regular position will be offered to you. Extra people must sign their name on the calendar for days they are not available to work.
