I agree.( C O P Y ) BBC - EBB Los Angeles - December 4, 1951 mmS ' ' v • p p i s Mj/. A. E. Stoddard: / Over a period of several months Mr. Renwick has been discussing with me the advisability of some substantial changes in the corporate set-up of the water producing and distributing facilities in Las Vegas, now operated insofar as distribution is concerned by the Las Vegas band and Water o. and by Union Pacific on the production end. Mr. Renwick has now prepared a rather complete analysis of his view in the matter, which have been gone over bv both Mr. Bennett and myself, and which are supplemented by the views of Mr. Wehe. i attach for your information and consideration copies of the’analysis as prepared by Mr. Renwick and Mr. Bennett and an attached letter to Mr. Renwick from r. Wehe in which Mr. Wehe expresses his views. It is my belief that Mr. Renwick*s recommendations should be given serious consideration. There are, however, so many factors of tax effects, accounting °°»Pu^aJlo^ h I think the matter should be carefully studied by both Mr. su Sutton and Mr. Hulsizer, and I am enclosing extra copies for their use in case you desire to pass them on.
