The Subdivider# however# had 000 ft. of 10* oaet Iron pipe on hand which he deelred to be used on the project. For this reaeon we agreed to allow the Subdlvlder ©nly refund based upon the cost of 8* sain. Subsequently# however# It was deemed Inadvisable to use the 10" pipe In this district and with approval of the Subdlvlder, we installed 8* pipe taken from cwr stock and tech the 800 ft. cf 101 pipe into our M.Q.H. In the circumstances# Federal homes Inc. should be paid the agreed upon price of H.760.00 for the 800 ft. of IQ* pipe and the value of material taken from stock will be charged to the total cost of the voxfc which will be subject to refund.
