I agree.STYLE AND INTENT The proposed show is not a combination of disjunctive numbers and acts from previous productions that have been thrown together to comprise a revue, but instead is a show that has been created especially for The Princess Casino, keeping in mind the image and style of The Princess Hotel and Casino and the audience they attract. The new show, although varied, will place emphasis on the infectious sounds and rhythms of the chart busters in the contemporary music scene, utilizing songs from such stars as Janet Jackson, Paula Abdul, Prince, Madonna, Bobby Brown, Michael Jackson, Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine, etc. Designed to be fast-paced and charged with high energy, this production, while employing many different dance styles, will concentrate on the latest forms of movement that are currently the rage on MTV's hit videos. The various production segments will be loaded with imagery that draws from the past, present and future, all conceived in such a manner and with a freshness of approach that will keep audiences of every age group fascinated and entertained. In the past few years an ingenious new lighting system has been produced that rivals lasers in the variety of effects and impact that it is able to achieve. At the same time, it is much less expensive to acquire and maintain than a laser system and deemed 100% safe. It does not present the restrictions that are inherent to lasers. This new system has been utilized in numerous industrial shows, as well as rock concerts such as Pink Floyd, with great success. The combination of this lighting system, innovative costume designs, hit music, high impact staging and choreography, strong acts and fresh concepts underlying production numbers, will give our show an edge and style that I feel will be truly unique in the Bahamas.
