In the meantime* Mr. Reinhardt*s suggestion is submitted for your consideration and, if agreeable* recommend a clausa similar to that appearing In IVL&f Co. heed Audit Mo. 49J1 conveying land to the Hks Club and reading as follows* and reserving unto the Grantor* its sueoeeeors and assize* all water and water rights appur­tenant to the lands hereby conveyed*.
