The amounts shown in this ledger under the individual contracts have been reconciled with the record in Mr. Sutton's office although I believe Mr. Sutton's records are maintained in an entirely different manner. If the ledger in this office is furnished the District as provided for in Exhibit G of the agreement, it is my opinion that it should be photostated in advance of being turned over to the District so that any questions which may arise after the sale date can be adjusted on the basis of details contained therein.
