Dear Mr. Reiss: This will confirm our telephone conversation of Friday afternoon, January 30th, wherein you stated that Mr. Entratter of The Sands Hotel in Las Vegas was interested in the subject location, and your request that we go ahead and prepare some thought sketches. On Friday morning, January 30th, I received an airmail letter dated January 29th from another hotel in Las Vegas requesting that we proceed with thumb- nail sketches for a spectacular display at this location for tbei:r consideration. We feel that in fairness to everyone concerned, we should qffer this other hotel first refusal for this location in that their request?╟╓Awas received here<*in our office a few hours before your telephone call .V We thumb- nail sketches for them, in-ae-cqrdance with their?╟ú reqtiest.
