I agree.I ( C O P Y ) STATE OP NEVADA ENGINEER*S OPPIGE CARSON CITY November 22, 1924. P. R. Me Namee, A tty ., Union Pacific System, Pacific Electric Bldg., Los Angeles, C a lif. Dear Mr. McNamee:- * This w ill acknowledge receipt of your le tte r of the 1 0 th conveying information on the Las Vegas Big Spring. I thank you for this information, it is just what we wanted. I am wondering i f it would not be a good idea for the Union Pacific to f i l e a proof of appropriation on this water, inasmuch as their rights are not of record in this o ffic e . I think that the waters of the Big Spring are the only waters that the company has not perfected it s rights to through proofs of appropriation and the gaining of c e rtific a te s. I I should lik e to have your reaction in the matter. Yours very truly, (Signed) ROBERT A. ALLEN State Engineer. RAA-RP
