For ready reference I also enclose print on which X have shown In yellow the proposed 60* roadway between OPSR property and that owned by Messrs Kaltenbosn and Griffith. As we noted today, Kaltenborn has a line of trees planted along the fence with a road­way on hia own property just south of the trees* From our standpoint, it would not be desirable to have a roadway In this Xooation for “Sunday drivers* to wander around the springs and wells. Some time ago we had a request to donate a 301 strip along south edge of the K&ltenborn-Grlff1th acreage (shown on attached in orange) so that 0. Scherer, a local contractor, could secure F.R.A. financing on homes he planned to build in the Wollenzien Tract* the SWf of Section 32, Into which we have laid some water mains. *hls would permit traffle from the Wollenzlen Tract two outlets, one on Charleston Hvd., and the other on Rancho Road, and this latter request seems more reasonable.
