January 7, 1930, file 0-186, in authorising Vice-President to prermre and execute usual form of agreement covering sale of Lots 7 and 8, Bloch 1, Tract 1867, in this company's subdivided toon si to at Yensjo, California, to Lueian Bell, total consideration $300.00, or $150.00 per lot, under terms of which one-fourth of sale price to be paid in cash, balance within one year with interest at 7$» per annum, and RESOLVED FURTHER} That the action of the President, per his message 0-186 of January 7th, in authorising Vice-President to execute usual form of agreement covering sale of Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Tract 1997, Yermo townsite, to Lucian Bell, total con-sideratlon $400.00, or 1200.00 per lot, undor same terms as above, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED! That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering, upon the part of this Company, agreement dated January 27, 1930, extending for period of one year from February 1st, 1930, agreement dated February 2nd, 1929, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the Austin Securities Company, covering appointment of the Securities Company as sales agent of the Railroad and Land Companies within their various industrial tracts in and in the vicinity of Los Angeles, California, upon same terms and conditions, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made, seconded and carried, It ms, by unanimous vote, RESOLVED! That the action of the President and Secretary in executing and delivering deed from this company, dated February 1, 1930, in favor of 'Thomas McFee, covering Lots 19 and 20, Block 24, Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, together with four-room house located thereon; this property having been purchased under Lease with Privilege of Purchase agreement dated August 12, 1924, authorized by former President Calvin, consideration 12,500, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
