RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&W LS Deed Audit No. 5708, dated January 12, i960, conveying to Hugh W„ Warden and Annie M. Warden, parcel of land situate in the City of Fullerton, County of Orange, State of California, being the southerly 79.5 feet of Lots 22, 23 and 2L, Block L2, together with adjoining portion, 60 feet in width, of vacated South Malden Street, all in the Townsite of Fullerton; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; excepting and reserving unto Grantor, all minerals and mineral rights including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; and said property is conveyed, subject tos (a) Taxes for the fiscal year 1959-1960; (b) Condit ions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Osborne in executing Assignment C.L.D. No, 12516-3, dated January 18, I960, whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company consented to assignment, effective January 28, i960, by E. C. Woodward and Citizens National Trust & Savings Bank of Los Angeles, as Trustees under the Will of August V. Handorf, deceased, to Bernard V. Handorf and Mary Handorf, of all right, title and interest in Agreement Contract Audit No. 1082^-, dated March 15, 1957, expiring by latest extension March 1^, i960, as amended by Agreement C.L.D.
