On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering letter-agreement, dated April 22, 1939, Audit No. 9976, addressed to Hanawalt Bros., 2151 D Street, La Verne, California, covering the furnishing of necessary superintendence, labor, tools, equipment and transportation and the construction of 14’9H x 32'0" wood frame and stucco office addition on east end of packinghouse at First and Eleanor Streets, Pomona, California, property of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, occupied by Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Incorporated, and relocation and rearrangement of doors and partitions in said packing house; consideration $1,609.00, plus actual cost of premium for surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing and delivering letter-agreement, dated April 24, 1939, Audit No. 9974, addressed to Mr. M. L. Barnes, Pomona, California, covering the furnishing of all necessary superintendence, labor, materials, tools and equipment and constructing 40.4' x 58.5' frame addition on west side of building at First and Eleanor Streets, Pomona, California, occupied - 8-
