Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Clark. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS The following liquor applications were presented to the Board for their consideration: Charles D. Stewart, Park Market, 428 N. 5th Stadium retail bev Thereafter Commissioner Baskin moved that the foregoing liquor applications be granted. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Absent: Comm­issioner Clark. STREET DEPARTMENT Commissioner Baskin moved that the bid of A. C. Grant on 1-1948 PURCHASE 1/2 TON 114" W.B. 1/2 Ton Ford Pick-up Truck, 6 cyl 95 H.P. in the sum of PICK-UP TRUCK $1,387.80 be accepted and the City Manager be authorized to purchase said truck. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Absent: Comm­issioner Clark. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Whipple moved that this meeting recess until May 11, at 3:30 P.M. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioner Baskin, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye. Noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Clark.
