I agree.Laa Vegas - January 25, 1954 W .23-1-139 Memo to Pllel Referring to requested extension of water mains to serve Paradise drove Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, I sailed Nr. Dobbin, who is the local representative of Hr. Phillip louse* owner of Paradise drove Subdivision and advised Mr. Dobbin that I have been unable to submit his project to the District due to the faot that I have been unable to get either him or Nr. Xousaa to agree to the amount of refund which will be paid under our usual form on oontract. I also told Mr. Dobbin that until suoh tine that the Water District and the executives of the Water Company had approved the project, I would be unable to permit them to oonneot to our water mains. Hr. Dobbin stated that Nr. Xousem was expeoted in Las Vegas in a day or two and he would make a point to have Mr. Xousem some in and agree to the refund. No further notion will be taken until the amount of refund has been agreed to. L. R. Haag
