Reinhardt) Please refer to your letter of October 26th, 1951, your file 704-4, regarding billing of expenses covered by Section 9 of agreement Audit Ho. 74531 between Union Pacifio and LVLfeWCo. I see no objection to monthly billing of the management expenses referred to in your letter. At some appropriate time the agreement can be conformed to the practice. When the rate litigation has been concluded, it may be desirable to make some other minor modifications in the agreement* X have discussed the matter of monthly billing with Mr, Reinhardt and he is in accord with the views expressed in this letter.
