Commissioner Moore moved that the application of Ruth Cannon, Richard Mozzer and David Kapial, All Nite Market, 921 South Main for a Retail Beverage license be denied and the Chief of Police be instructed to notify the All Nite Market that this license has not been renewed. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Motion seconded by Commissioner Moore and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye/ noes, none* Commissioner Moore moved that the application of John E. Smith, R. A. Gagnon, Anthony Magrini, Keno Enterprises, 18 Fremont to conduct a Race Horse Keno be denied. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time Commissioner Moore moved this meeting adjourn until January 6, 1950 at the hour of 3:00 P.M.
