Friday, Jan. 20. Arrival time 4 p.m.-*" a. Each hotel is to have a representative at the airport to greet the flight. A limousine is to be provided by each hotel to transport those assigned to it. Arrangements will be made by Ray Gulley to deliver baggage to the proper hotels. UjSctl?╟÷ b' Friday, Jan. 20. Cocktail party, 5:30 p.m," It has been suggested that each publicist invite his guests to a cocktail party in the hotel at 5:30 p.m. in order to become personally acquainted with them and to coordinate following activities. -J7 Friday, Jan. 20. Entertainment. a. The first show is to be at the host hotel. b. The second show will be by choice. Each publicist is to make reservations for members of his group with other publicist at hotel of show choice. Friday, Jan. 20. Celebrity Party, 9:30-11:30 p.m. a. Between shows Friday night the Casino Center group will host a Celebrity Party at the Silver Palace, which is to be attended by all entertainers appearing ,4n the area. b. A committee composed of Lee Fisher, chairman, Hank Kovell Paul Pumpian and Jim Deitch is to be responsible for all arrangements for the Celebrity Party, including the procurement of talent. c.
