Referring to your letter of August 17, 195^, in which you advise that it is anticipated your services with the Water District will be terminated as of August 31, 195^’ Conditional upon receipt of letter from Mr. Campbell releasing you from service with the Water District on Aug. J 1 , I95I+, it will be satisfactory for you to arrange to take your vacation in September as you suggest, your time to be carried on the LVL&W Co payroll. Before leaving Las Vegas, you should arrange to ship the remaining Water Company files to Mr. Johnson at Los Angeles for storage in the headquarters building. L
