Bess H. Rosenberg (1912-1999) was a pianist and a community activist in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rosenberg moved to Las Vegas in 1942, where she played piano in the lounges of the Last Frontier and Flamingo hotels. She volunteered with many local charitable organizations that provided healthcare and services for children, such as the Red Cross, Hadassah, Star Auxiliary, Nevada Animal Society, and St. Jude's Women's Auxiliary. Rosenberg received numerous awards, including the Variety Heart Award in 1980, and the Clark County Philanthropic Mother of the Year award in 1990.
