Meera Kamegai

Meera Kamegai is a retired University of California, Davis professor and was instrumental is the merger of Adat Ari El and Temple Beth Am to form Temple Sinai. Kamegai joined Temple Beth Am in 2002 and after a year was put on the board. In this capacity she edited the newspaper and helped with the website. Kamegai continued her service with Beth Am and was elected vice-president and became president in 2006. In 2007 Kamegai met Ann and Seymore Kaplan from AdatAriel.  Kamegai worked with them to merge the two temples together forming Temple Sinai whereshe became second vice-president.
