The materials in the 2016-064 accession is primarily comprised of administrative files of the Executive Committee, United Jewish Appeal, Jewish Family Services Agency, Women's Division, Business and Professional Division, and the Community Relations Committee (CRC) from approximately 1978 to 2012. The accession includes photographs used to create editions of the Jewish Reporter newspaper. The accession also includes various audiovisual formats throughout the materials including photographs, audiocassettes, video tapes, and optical disks.

The Las Vegas Black Historical Society Records (2005-2009) document the organization's history including correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes, bylaws, articles, a corporate charter, and use agreements. Also included is a Proclamation from Nevada State Senator Steven Horsford regarding the Second Annual Gathering of the Las Vegas Black Historical Society on January 27, 2007.
The Rosemary Clarke Papers (1966-1978) consist of photographs, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. Also included are campaign flyers and biographical information.
A newspaper clipping of a raving french review of Les Ballets de Paques (Easter Ballet) show performed in Monte-Carlo. Dancers in the show included Nyna Nyna Viroubova and Colette Marchand. Handwritten on the side of the article: "L'Espoir, 18 Avril - Nice (?) 1957."
