Description

Resolution by the Las Vegas Valley Water District to amend part of their agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, and Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The June 1, 1953 document stated that one of the conditions by which the agreement could be terminated was if the bonds were not sold by December 31, 1953.
