Abstract

Oral history interview with Matti Smith conducted by Jaime Golden on November 07, 2006 for the Public School Principalship Oral History Project. In this interview, Smith reflects upon her career as a teacher, counselor, and administrator with Nevada’s Clark County School District (CCSD). She discusses the process by which she first hired on with CCSD, different jobs that she held, and how her experiences shaped her approach to school administration.
