It was finished in pink and white tile and concrete, was 275 feet in length, three stories tall, and had 83 rooms. There were ten suites averaging 1600 square feet with the furnishings costing $18,000 to $22,000. Several of the suites included a private swimming pool and rent for $115 a day.

The exterior of the hotel was designed by Julius Gabrielle, and the interior was designed by Albert Parvin & Company. The bathrooms in the new building featured sunken tubs by the Borg Warner Company, and separate showers with Acrylite shower doors by the American Shower-door Company. Another outstanding feature of the bathroom was the lavish use of silver, gold, green, and white tile from Gladding, McBean, & Company Plumbing.
