The Southern Nevada Coalition of Concerned Women, Inc. Records (1996-2018) contains photographs, charity event programs, operational records, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. The majority of the collection consists of photographs and other materials documenting SNCCW's annual fundraising luncheons. Also included are the SNCCW's Articles of Incorporation, a brochure, awards, and certificates.

The collection includes information primarily about the Committee for an Inclusive and Just University (CIJU). The CIJU materials include planning documents for multiple surveys including: campus climate surveys, status of women, campus culture, and campus environment.

The collection contains administrative files from past SNAWA board members including past SNAWA presidents, secretaries, and treasures. The collection also includes records such as attendee lists, registration forms, and seminar evaluation forms from continuing legal education (CLE) events organized by SNAWA for attorneys in Southern Nevada.
