James Keith Magruder was born on June 18, 1947 in Wichita, Kansas. James married Theresa on March 31, 1966 and they had two children: Rene and Brian.

Magruder obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree.

William John Mayer was born on December 29, 1932, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. William was married twice: his first wife Lorrainer passed away. His second marriage was to Frankie Louise on September 1, 1984. William had one child: Raynette Ann Mayer.

Mayer was enlisted in the United States Army from 1952 to 1954.

Mayer obtained a Bachelor of Electrica Engineering degree from Marquette University in 1960. Mayer then obtained a master of science degree from Colombia Pacific in 1993.

Theresa Dorothy Maynard (née Healy) was born on March 13, 1937, in New York City, New York. Theresa married George on September 7, 1957, and they had three children: George R. Maynard Jr.; John Thomas Maynard; and Timothy Alan Maynard.

Maynard was employed at the FSi Security Badge Office for the Jim Reno Security Office. Maynard had previously worked as a bank teller and worked in the Roper Hospital pharmacy for 28 years.
