Patricia D. Mills was born on March 17, 1915 to Gertrude and William Porter Mills in New Mexico. She married William J. Moore and they later settled in Las Vegas, Nevada. Patricia Moore passed away on December 17, 1993.
Ray William Baldwin was born in Monroe, Utah on March 25, 1908. He later moved to Southern California and married Dorothy Ulla Murphy in 1932. He relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada by 1940 and worked as an architect for A. L. Worswick. He opened his own architecture firm in the mid-1950s. He moved to Arizona later in life and passed away on February 26, 1984.

Willard H. George (1889-1956) was a Los Angeles, California based furrier who designed, created, and supplied furs to movie studios during the Golden Age of Hollywood (1920s-1960s). George was the son of Sadie Kiel George, and great-grandson of early Las Vegas, Nevada settler Conrad Kiel, owner of the Kiel Ranch in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
