Duenllng also advisee hie oonpany desires to ternlnate the lease dated Uaroh 1, 1946 for a five year period with the privilege of tsralnatlon by either party. The tenporary structure thereon has been removed and I suggest our Lav Departnant be requested to draw our regular forn of tsralnatlon agreensnt as of Ootober 1, 1946 and affeotlve January 1, 1946.
