Omaha - October 1, 1954 Mr. L. V. Peart: Mr. C. M. Bates - Los Angeles: (cc - Mr. Mr. W . C . Perkins W. H. Hulsizer Mr. E. E. Bennett Los Angeles Mr. C. M, Cory Las Vegas With memorandum showing execution and approvals. The approval copy of the above-mentioned easement is handed to Mr. Peart, who will please a d vise Messrs. Bates, Perkins, Hulsizer, Bennett and Cory and me the audit number assigned. The original of the easement is handed to Mr. Bates for further handling, having reference to his letter to Mr. Hulsizer of August 30th, file NLD- 2845. Will Mr. Bates please affix requisite revenue stamps to the easement, advising all concerned.
