The Sin Sity Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence Records (2005-2018) contain organizational records of the Sin Sity Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, an LGBTQIA+ charity and advocacy organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. The records include agendas and meeting minutes, financial records, press material, awards, and certificates of appreciation for the organization. Also included are financial records for the organization's annual Red Dress charity fundraiser and the Sisters AIDS Drug Assistance Program (SADAP), the grant fund that provides financial assistance to AIDS/HIV patients.

The Ruby Duncan Photograph Collection on Operation Life (1970s-1980s) is comprised primarily of photographic prints with some corresponding 35 mm negatives of Ruby Duncan and other Operation Life organizers, as well as important organization buildings. Materials include photographs of Ruby Duncan, Aldine Weems, Renee Diamond, and Jack Anderson in the original Operation Life Las Vegas, Nevada Operation Life headquarters and the regional office in San Francisco, California. Also pictured are other employees and beneficiaries of the organization at a Christmas Party.

The Order of the Eastern Star Grand Chapter of Nevada Records contain proceedings of yearly meetings of this charitable organization for the years of 1937, 1946, 1948-1956, 1958, 1960-1968.

The Las Vegas Senior Tripsters Records (1984-2020) are comprised of organizational records for the Las Vegas Senior Tripsters, an organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada that sponsored leisure travel for senior citizens. The collection includes articles of incorporation, bylaws, and board meeting agendas and minutes. The majority of the collection documents the Las Vegas Senior Tripsters working files used for trip planning, managing memberships, budgets, and the board president's records. The files in this collection are entirely digital.

Oral history interview with Vance "Stretch" Sanders conducted by Camisha Fagan and Micajah Daniels on November 11, 2016 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History Project. In this interview, Sanders discusses his early life and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2011. He talks about his upbringing in Las Vegas, the influence of organized crime in the city, and the importance of church and religion to him. Sanders then recalls founding the All Shades United organization, with the goal of having people of all colors come together in solidarity to dismantle the institutional and structural barriers that oppress the marginalized. Lastly, Sanders describes the impact that his organization has had on the African American community, the importance of education, and dealing with violence against minority groups.

Oral history interview with Verlia Davis Hoggard conducted by Claytee D. White on March 15, 2012 for the African Americans in Las Vegas: a Collaborative Oral History. In this interview, Hoggard discusses her personal history growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas. She talks about her employment which included writing for the Arkansas State Press, working as a social worker, and working with the Economic Opportunity Board (EOB). Hoggard then describes being recruited by the EOB to work at the Clark County Social Service in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1967. She discusses becoming involved in the welfare rights movement in Las Vegas and other social organizations. Later, Hoggard recalls how African American sororities and fraternities were involved in the Las Vegas community, organizing scholarships for students, and making the process to join these organizations easier. Lastly, Hoggard discusses going to see shows on the Strip, Jackson Street, and in West Las Vegas.

The Harriet Trudell Papers (1949-2006) document Trudell's activities as a Democratic Party advocate, feminist, Civil Rights activist, campaign advisor, and precinct organizer. Materials consist of correspondence, photographs, conference programs, election memorabilia, speeches, and newspaper clippings. There are also papers from the various organizations Trudell was involved in including The Feminist Majority, International Plans for Action, Americans for Democratic Action, and the Nevada Democratic Party.
