Oral history interview with Alex Kang conducted by Cecilia Winchell and Stefani Evans on October 4, 2022 for the Reflections: The Las Vegas Asian American and Pacific Islander Oral History Project. In this interview, Kang discusses his childhood moving back and forth between Pusan, South Korea and America as his parents sought the best place to raise their children. Kang recalls the multitude of endeavors he has heavily invested in since he was young, from moving to Brazil to pursue his interests in soccer to practicing golf every single day in his youth. Kang attended San Diego State University on a scholarship to play golf and majored in math. He got involved in a party bus business, honed his golf skills, and decided to learn how to count cards at the casino. Kang moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2013. Throughout the rest of the interview, Kang discusses how he organizes extravagant events, including an event hosting the popular K-Pop group BTS in Las Vegas, his golfing career, and enjoying his life surrounded by his family.

The UNLV Public Lands Institute Records (approximately 1946-2017) primarily contain records from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas's Public Land Institute's (PLI) which is focused on providing knowledge and research expertise in the areas of environmental education and interpretation related to public lands management. The materials include records from the PLI's inaugural founder, Dr. Margaret N. "Peg" Rees, then the Associate Vice President for Research and Outreach at UNLV. Materials document the founding and work of the PLI and also include papers from Rex Bell, Jr. associated with the Walking Box Ranch which is co-owned by UNLV and the Bureau of Land Management. The collection also includes videos of Rex Bell, Jr. discussing donation of Walking Box Ranch materials to the PLI.

Julia Lynn Morris and James Stanford Papers (approximately 1990-2024) contain materials from Lynn and James's varied careers in Las Vegas, Nevada. The collection includes correspondence, newspaper clippings, videos, photographs, and ephemera from the Las Vegas arts scene, the Contemporary Arts Collective, Arts Factory, and other projects related to the couple.

The Patricia Craig Papers (approximately 1941-1989) contain photographs from Las Vegas, Nevada dancer and showgirl Patricia (Pat) Craig. The collection includes early photographs of her family, Craig as a young ballet dancer, and her high school diploma. The majority of the photographs of are Craig in costume on stage, candid photographs of her at home, and professional modeling shots. There are a small amount of newspaper clippings and magazines regarding Craig's appearances in Las Vegas shows, and her diploma from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
