Katz discusses managing the Manpower franchise—an employment placement company—in Las Vegas, Nevada, and his parents who were the original owners. Oral history interview with Charlene Herst conducted by Barbara Tabach on September 09, 2016 for the Southern Nevada Jewish Heritage Project. Herst discusses arriving in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1954 and becoming a volunteer mom who later graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also discusses her thirteen year career in the Nevada state government and the implementation of the Nevada Clean Indoor Air Act in 2006.
